Sometimes a deck shows up with a dented tin or a 7 short. Here is the quickest path to fixing it.

1. Count the deck: a classic Skip-Bo box holds 162 cards — 144 numbered and 18 wild.
2. Open the order page of the store you bought from and choose return or replacement.
3. Follow that store's window and packing instructions; refunds go back through the same store.

Warranty and defects

Manufacturing defects are handled by the selling store and, where it applies, by the manufacturer's customer service. We cannot issue refunds or replacements ourselves because we never hold your order.
